Acceptance of Terms and Scope of Application
By accessing the PHTAYA website or platform, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, kindly refrain from using the platform.
These terms are established in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and are intended for users residing in the country. The following categories of individuals are not permitted to use PHTAYA:
- Persons below 21 years of age.
- Persons who are legally barred from online gaming or betting.
- Persons whose names appear on a self-exclusion register.
These terms are provided in both English and Filipino. Should there be any conflict between the two versions, the English version will take precedence.
Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Account Registration Guidelines
- Each user is allowed to create only one account.
- You must supply accurate and truthful details during registration.
- Verification of your mobile number and email address is mandatory.
- Transferring, selling, or handing over your account to another party is strictly prohibited.

The following actions are fully forbidden, and any violation may lead to the suspension or permanent closure of your account:
- Registering multiple accounts to claim bonus perks.
- Attempting to hack, tamper with, or otherwise manipulate the platform’s system.
- Trying to gain unauthorized access to another user’s account.
- Using fraudulent or deceptive methods for payments.
- Engaging in money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
Payment, Transaction, and Account Policies
Deposit & Withdraw
All transactions on PHTAYA are handled in Philippine Pesos (₱). You may make deposits through the payment channels supported by the platform, such as bank transfer and accepted e-wallet services. If your deposit amount falls below the required minimum, it may be rejected or canceled.
Withdrawals require that your account has completed verification. If you have claimed any bonus, you must meet the wagering requirements before you can cash out. PHTAYA may also request extra verification for suspicious transactions.
Policy on Account Suspension and Closure
PHTAYA reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- If there is proof that you violated these terms and conditions.
- If fraud or an improper activity is suspected on your account.
- If you registered using wrong or false information.
- If we must comply with a directive issued by a regulatory authority.
If the account is closed, any remaining valid balance will be returned, subject to verification.

Intellectual Property
All content on the PHTAYA platform, including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics, is the property of PHTAYA or its licensors.
Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any part of these materials is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The PHTAYA platform may occasionally include content from third-party services or game providers. PHTAYA is not liable for the activities, privacy practices, or terms of these third parties. We recommend reading the respective policies of these parties separately.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
PHTAYA reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Prior notice will be posted on the platform before any changes take effect. Continuing to use the platform after the revised terms have been published shall be regarded as your acceptance of the updated terms.
